This location only offers Self Storage now. They no longer offer Cruise America or Uhaul.
WATCH OUT !!! Beware of hidden fees. Initially quoted $219 per night, but ended up paying $876 for three nights before additional charges like environmental fees, taxes, mileage, generator use, and other add-ons. Also, allocate an extra 30 minutes from arrival at their location to actually driving out with the RV when renting.

I haven't rented an RV yet but this review is for customer service at the Saugerties location. If you call the local phone number instead of the 1-800 national call center, you may speak with Steve, who is professional, helpful, courteous and all around a pleasant person to speak with.
