Was rushing to get a signature so I am able to drive the RV. This information wasn’t communication to us prior to RV pick up. I was heading there and tried to call to let them know I am on my way from 4:50pm until 4:56pm and they were picking the phone and hanging without saying anything. I arrived 5:00 and no one was there and the store was already closed. Very disappointed.

The guy is super nice and informative about the RVs. We did a one-way rental and he was much more pleasant to work with than from where we picked it up from.

Rented standard RV. Basically clean but with cloying smell of air freshener used to cover cigarette smell. Returned cleaner than how we got it and we were still charged cleaning fee. Also despite paying for insurance, they would not cover a tow out of mud even if parked in a sanctioned parking lot of a park facility. VERY loud ride, basically a box truck outfitted as an RV. Otherwise it was ok, would try something better next time.

Stay away from this place and rent anywhere else! First, both the engine light and the low tire pressure lights were on, the guy explains it's nothing no worries and says we need to be understanding! Hesitantly, we agreed. Then the heat stopped working on the last night and then they just shrug it off like we did something wrong. No, for days it was fine and then it stopped, we were fully hooked up. We had an excellent experience with Cruise America RV Rental for our one way, cross country trip. We picked up south of Los Angeles and returned the RV to the Germantown, MD location. The RV was clean and comfortable. It drove well and we had no issues whatsoever with the performance of the RV. Check out/in was smooth and customer service was excellent.
