The branch we rented from in Carnegie Pa were awesome and helpful people but dealing with the corporate office was awful. The ride in their equipment was like riding in a stage coach for my 83 yr old father in law. Drawers opened, the refrigerator opened with all of our stuff falling out, wiper blades were terrible and the vehicle pulled to the left all the way to Florida. We rented the 30' Class C Motorhome for an 11 day trip. As anyone who has traveled with an RV should know, things can come up. Hopefully, you can take these things in stride Relatively minor things affected our trip, but overall, the experience was good. We only had working hot water on 1 day. The Black / Grey tanks would not drain fully. We bought a RhinoBlaster to help. We worked on this for more than 4 hours in sweltering heat.
