Fantastic experience renting from Cruise America Brentwood! Wade was helpful and described every detail of the RV before departure. Upon arriving back, he was quick to inspect the vehicle and complete the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this location!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our rental RV was very clean! Low miles. Staff was very helpful when we realized we left a few items behind after return. Thanks!!

Called to the guys there today for some support regarding our RV and Tyre. So helpful and resolved the issue so quick . Even gave us some support after we left on the phone . Couldn’t recommend enough.

Garbage. The RV was run down inside and outside had damage. The water hookup leaked terribly. We turned on the hot water heater and the smell of propane filled the inside so much the alarm was going off. Then the hot water heater outlet hose blew off and flooded the inside with steaming hot water. They had us divert our trip and spend an entire day waiting on the repairs. We asked if there was anything they could do to compensate us for the lost day and they said no. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

What a pleasure it was to rent from Cruise America Brentwood, TN. We flew in from California to rent the RV for the Nashville Superspeedway #nashcar weekend. We were given the best customer service and genuine advice to help in our unknown camping journey. Even after our trip they have been gracious in helping with every odd request we have.
