Very competent service
Never rent from this location. Bad vehicles, hidden fees. Terrible customer service
Nothing good I can say about Reno location
We rented an RV from them for two weeks and the vehicle was humorously bad. The RV windshield leaked a tiny bit when we went through a storm in Utah, the cabinets swung open when making turns, and one of the gauges for water level didn’t work. I actually think most of that was acceptable. The main issue I had was the AC being broken during a record heatwave with a 1 and 3 year old. AC only worked while we were driving so we had to run our vehicle until pretty late at night.
We stopped here for service on our Cruise America RV we rented in California. The man who helped us was incredibly kind. He found the issue quickly and got us patched up and on the road again in under an hour.
