Wrong information on the front end resulted in a lot more money than anticipated. When pressed on why the information given was wrong, they took no responsibility, just told me to take it up with their corporate office. The unit itself was fine. No frills, but ran well.

We rented an RV from them for two weeks and the vehicle was humorously bad. The RV windshield leaked a tiny bit when we went through a storm in Utah, the cabinets swung open when making turns, and one of the gauges for water level didn’t work. I actually think most of that was acceptable. The main issue I had was the AC being broken during a record heatwave with a 1 and 3 year old. AC only worked while we were driving so we had to run our vehicle until pretty late at night.

I called to get information about resevering and RV for a festival next summer. The lady who helped me was outstanding and knowledgeable. Helped me book with her over the phone. She made it so easy.
