Run,don't walk away from this company! Generator broke second day none of the electrical outlets worked, steel belts came through the tires. Spent 24 hours getting new tires and a front end alignment on their rv. Barely made it home with the engine running.Lack of caring from Sherwood franchise and from corporate offices. No compensation insight.
FAKE REVIEWS. DO NOT RENT HERE OR THIS COMPANY. FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY MEMBERS. This was the most horrible experience I have ever witnessed in an RV company or any company for that matter. First we arrived on time for our rental and then waited over 2 hours to be seen despite there being only one group ahead of us. Horrible experience. My friend and I rented a compact plus RV for a two week road trip. Despite arriving at our appointment time we ended up waiting over an hour to get our RV. The woman who gave us the tour had no clue how anything worked, she told us our “40 gallon” water tank was filled (it was empty, and only 20 gallons) and that we wouldn’t need to refill the tank on our two week trip. awful experience with this company… Cruise America head office has extremely poor customer assistance. we were left completely with no assistance with a broken RV for 6 days ( the Rv was broken when they gave them to us but said the noise was normal. The day after it even became life threatening but they made us drive in dangerous conditions anyway to a garage and only came with a replacement after 6 days.
