awful experience with this company… Cruise America head office has extremely poor customer assistance. we were left completely with no assistance with a broken RV for 6 days ( the Rv was broken when they gave them to us but said the noise was normal. The day after it even became life threatening but they made us drive in dangerous conditions anyway to a garage and only came with a replacement after 6 days. We rented an RV from Cruise America for a 4-day horse show and had a great experience. The company was easy to work with from start to finish, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The RV itself is very simple but it had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by how much storage there was. It was easy to keep our things somewhat organized, even with 2 teenage girls and all the gear that comes with a horse show. I always have a great experience when renting here. The people in the office are very sweet and knowledgeable of the RVs. I appreciate people like Lexi and Melanie taking care of me and my family's vacation.
Das war ein Erlebnis, das man nicht möchte. Wir waren pünktlich da, wurden aber in die Ecke zum warten gesetzt. Nach 2 Stunden und zwischenzeitlich 4 Abholungen hatte ich gefragt, wann wir dran kommen. Darauf wurden wir belehrt, dass wir telefonisch einen Termin hätten machen sollen und wir die letzten heute seien, Zeit unbekannt!
