🛑🛑🛑Renter BEWARE! We picked up our unit in Beaufort South Carolina, on June 11th 2024, after driving 2 1/2 hours to get an available unit. We are still at our house because the RV is broken. We have spent the last 3 days taking it to different RV repair places that Cruise America sent us to. After hours of waiting in lobbies, mulitple phone calls, also being on hold for over 2 1/2 hours, Cruise America has DENIED the repair of our broken rental. Friendly helpful representative. Fun first time RV vacation. Ride a little noisy and rough but so convenient! Stopping at campgrounds gives more of a feel for the area.
Absolutely outstanding service and experience. RV was clean and operational. I had a little trouble figuring out the fridge, but we got it working. 7/7 would use again! Tracy was very friendly and helpful in getting us going, Thanks!
This was my first time renting an RV and Cruise America was great. They were easy to work with and everything was just like it was stated to me. Tracy at the pickup location was awesome. I will definitely rent from Cruise America next time I want an RV.
