It was our first time ever renting a RV, all I can say is we had a wonderful time great experience from start to finish. Irene was great & the young gentleman that checked us out was so polite and had great customer service skills!! We will definitely be coming back!!!

We dealt with a lady called Chelsea, at the Lebanon Cruise America location and she was INCREDIBLE. She went above and beyond her job description to make our trip totally unforgettable. I had reservations to rent an RV in 2 days as I write this and I had to cancel because I had a death in the family. They should have kept my entire deposit, but they were very understanding and willing to work with me. I will absolutely rent from them in the near future because they took care of my family when it really mattered. Thank you again!
