returned 15 mins late but was charged for 2 hr late fee because the recipient was out for lunch. car condition is uncertain, my rental RV always showed black water over 2/3 full even I just dumped it and had not been used after that. it was so annoying.
Its inside of an auto shop, nothing on the outside of the building indicates this, there was no one inside so I couldn't get help???
Rented an RV here (Cruise America), super easy pickup / drop process, very friendly staff as well. RV was new, clean and ready for me upon pickup. 10/10 would recommend.
