Gregg is great! This is the second time we rented an RV through this location - and fully plan on doing it again next year. Pick-up was easy. Gregg made sure that our RV was in great shape and was able to handle a last-minute repair to the fridge to make sure everything was perfect for our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure our water tank was topped off and we knew how to work all of the features that were just a little bit different from our last rental. No issues at pickup. Be warned that the RV cost does not include using the generator. There is a $3.50/hr rate for generator, which has to be run to use the ceiling AC especially in the summer driving in the south. This is all included on the Cruise America website so it is not a location policy.

First, let me start by saying the customer service here is not friendly to people of Color. I was ignored and rudely spoken to. Left standing outside in the rain while holding my toddler. RVs looked outdated and badly kept. Please if you are of color DON’T RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!

Very very very rude. The owner basically did not want to service me and my family. He kept giving my wife and I excuses on why we couldn’t make a reservation. His last excuse was he was waiting on someone to cancel a reservation before he can allow us to make one. We had to make our reservation at the Kissimmee location. What a huge inconvenience but we did get friendly service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
