The process was clear and seamless. Chuck was a total sweetheart and helped us out a lot, especially after our luggage fell and got stuck in the RV. The 30 foot RV was perfect for us and a pretty fun to drive. He and his technicians were able to get it out, but learn from us: travel with your luggage in the trunk, not the RV living area. Thanks again, Chuck!!
Got the 21ft. I will go with the 25ft. next time. Chuck was really easy to work with. Everything went well. Equipment was exactly as advertised and easy to use. Get the 25 footer for the extra cargo space. You won't regret it. If we need an RV again, we will be back here.
Good service at the center. Tire developed a slow-leak which was difficult to coordinate a replacement on the online platform (AI responses, etc.) Bring an electric tire pump if you have one. I'd also recommend topping off that water tank if you're going to be off the grid. Fun times in Joshua Tree Cottonwoods campground overall :)
