From the get go Chuck explained every single detail about renting an rv. He answered all my questions and was precise on explaining every single step. Pick up wqs flawless and the drop off was easy. The RV was super clean and ready for our enjoyment. I would recommend this place to everyone... props to chuck
Great experience renting an RV for the first time! Chuck was super helpful in explaining the rental contract and very detailed when doing the walkthrough of the RV. Pick up and drop off was super easy. I would definitely recommend Cruise America RV Rentals with Chuck in Spring Valley!
The vehicle was very poorly cleaned. The heater was extremely noisy. The water leak was very uncomfortable. I will never use Cruise America again.
