The staff was great. The RV was terrible it pulled to the left. It was the roughest ride I ever had in a vehicle,it was so noises you couldn't hear what people were saying. The low tire light stayed on even after the staff put air in them,the low tire sensor default light came on,and stayed on.the bathroom door didn't close right, and you had shoved it to get it open the drift was terrible .would not recommend them at all.

I went there to pick up the Rv .The people that came out to walk me through what I needed to do when I bring the Rv back to make sure that the gray water was out and long with the black and I did just that and they changed me 50 dollars for putting the cap back on and she didn’t tell me to leave the cap off and when I said I can show them that it’s nothing is the tank they still charge me and the shower leaked water in the kitchen floor I wouldn’t never rent from them again and if someone asked me about them it wouldn’t be g... read more

Toilet leaked constantly, large slice in electric cord for hook up, wiper blades were torn. They would not give us a replacement even though we rented it for13 days. No reimbursement either. Horrible!!!
