The Rv that was assigned to us was in desperate need of repair ,cleanliness, and overall routine maintenance.. I would recommend thorough inspection before signing anything for rental.
Unfortunately, I spoke with two very unfriendly ladies today. They said they didn’t have any items such as blankets, towels, or anything else. Ladies, you rent out RVs, so why do you supposedly have nothing? It was obvious that they had no interest in helping. We were referred there by Cruise America Durham, and we did not receive any assistance. We will be filing a complaint.
Gave us an RV with other peoples waste water in it, no working generator, no cabin lights, the fridge stopped working. No apology, no refund, nothing.
