Unfortunately, I spoke with two very unfriendly ladies today. They said they didn’t have any items such as blankets, towels, or anything else. Ladies, you rent out RVs, so why do you supposedly have nothing? It was obvious that they had no interest in helping. We were referred there by Cruise America Durham, and we did not receive any assistance. We will be filing a complaint.

Gave us an RV with other peoples waste water in it, no working generator, no cabin lights, the fridge stopped working. No apology, no refund, nothing.

save yourself the trouble honestly. go ANYWHERE else. worst customer service and will skimp you out for all you’re worth.

The staff was great. The RV was terrible it pulled to the left. It was the roughest ride I ever had in a vehicle,it was so noises you couldn't hear what people were saying. The low tire light stayed on even after the staff put air in them,the low tire sensor default light came on,and stayed on.the bathroom door didn't close right, and you had shoved it to get it open the drift was terrible .would not recommend them at all.
