My fault for not checking but there was a lock on the hitch reciever. The water pump didn't work. Had to bucket water in to wash and flush. The gages didn't work properly. Black and grey water tanks were not empty at pick up. Never had any problems from the san Mateo office. The Newark office needs work.

I would give it a zero star if that is an option. I just had my reservation with them. 1. The RV that we had has engine light on all the time, which made me feel not safe to travel. 2. The RV 12-volt battery died twice during my 3-day reservation. I have to ask people around for help jump start the vehicle. And when I raised this concern to the employee at the San Mateo site, whose name I don't want to disclose, he was just arrogant and rude stating there is nothing wrong with the RV. 3. Édit : je rajoute une étoile car nous avons une remise/reduction. Pas terrible, camping car en mauvais état : 3 blocs de prises ne fonctionne pas, pas de kit cuisine, pompe HS, moustiquaire de la porte HS, le frigo s’éteint régulièrement... une honte je ne recommande pas.
