Tldr: 1. RV city water system was broken 2. Unpleasant, disrespectful worker On October 3rd, I picked up the RV. The guy who was working with me was very nice guy and I had a very nice checking in experience with him. Then I took the RV to the campsite, when I connected to city water, bottom of the toilet started to leak into the RV. Beware: This location is ran by scammers. Avoid or be extra careful upon return. They will find any excuse to overcharge you and ruin your experience. - opened valve and a little water dropped on the floor. Tried charging my $100!! - fuel tank not at 3/4 exactly (even if it wasn't at pickup, $60 - propane shows almost full, but not full $25 And I had full insurance if not, who knows what they would try charging for. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Camperverleih. Besonders die Einweisung durch Milan war sehr gut – alles wurde verständlich erklärt und Fragen sofort beantwortet. So konnte der Urlaub entspannt starten. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Absolutely terrible rental experience from start to finish. The staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive from the moment we arrived — zero professionalism, zero customer service. Things only got worse once we actually got the vehicle: • The RV was filthy at pickup. Sticky counters, stained seats, and a horrible smell that lingered no matter how much we cleaned.
