Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Camperverleih. Besonders die Einweisung durch Milan war sehr gut – alles wurde verständlich erklärt und Fragen sofort beantwortet. So konnte der Urlaub entspannt starten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Absolutely terrible rental experience from start to finish. The staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive from the moment we arrived — zero professionalism, zero customer service. Things only got worse once we actually got the vehicle: • The RV was filthy at pickup. Sticky counters, stained seats, and a horrible smell that lingered no matter how much we cleaned. One of the worst rental experiences. The manager was shockingly rude and aggressive from the very beginning, absolutely no sense of professionalism or customer service. Got Charged for Cleaning Even After We Cleaned It Ourselves We rented an RV from Cruise America and returned it to the San Mateo, CA location after taking the time to do everything right. First, we fully emptied the blackwater tank, then flushed it with Dettol and Pine-Sol to disinfect it. On top of that, we wiped down the entire interior with wet wipes because the RV was extremely dirty when we got it, and we wanted to return it in better condition than we received it.
