Spoke with Ed on the phone along with a few other people in this specific office and each time they have been incredibly kind and accommodating. Really seems like a great branch here. Thank you Ed for your assistance today.
The staff was very kind and helpful, but the RV needs better maintenance. It was not very clean when we received it (pet hair on floors and furniture), the heater didn’t work so nights were very cold, and the sewage hose was broken, which was honestly gross. The windshield wipers were also damaged, making driving in the rain unsafe. Overall, good service but the RV condition needs improvement.

We had a great experience! The staff was great! The RV to was great, comfortable, clean worked well. I read horror stories, but I can definitely say that Cruise America Hilliard location was great! I have no regrets! And would highly recommend.
