We had a great experience! The staff was great! The RV to was great, comfortable, clean worked well. I read horror stories, but I can definitely say that Cruise America Hilliard location was great! I have no regrets! And would highly recommend.
We booked our RV from Ohio as there were none in Indiana where we live. Service was great and our RV was ready well ahead of time. The RV came to us in a good condition and we faced some issues with dumping the water for which we weren’t charged. We drive a 1000 miles in 6 days and we had an offer to avail with no extra charge for miles in off season which was an amazing perk! This is a no fuss, no bells and whistles RV service so do not expect major luxury or absolute 5* vehicle.

I would give the first four nights of our trip five stars. We absolutely loved the experience and had a wonderful time up until night five. At this point we find ourselves at the campground on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. We had made dinner and retired to bed early. About 1030 pm my husband got up to use the bathroom. After several minutes in the back of the camper, I heard him fall. I yelled his name and he was completely unresponsive. My husband and I rented a 25’ motor home from the Hilliard location for a week. We had a great time! The staff was always very courteous and helpful with my many, many questions as we have never been in one before. After a quick walk through we were on our way! We unfortunately had a leaky shower along our trip. A call to their 24 hr service led us to Donna in Cedar Springs, MI to help us out. She was AMAZING!
