The staff was very kind and helpful, but the RV needs better maintenance. It was not very clean when we received it (pet hair on floors and furniture), the heater didn’t work so nights were very cold, and the sewage hose was broken, which was honestly gross. The windshield wipers were also damaged, making driving in the rain unsafe. Overall, good service but the RV condition needs improvement.

We had a great experience! The staff was great! The RV to was great, comfortable, clean worked well. I read horror stories, but I can definitely say that Cruise America Hilliard location was great! I have no regrets! And would highly recommend.

We booked our RV from Ohio as there were none in Indiana where we live. Service was great and our RV was ready well ahead of time. The RV came to us in a good condition and we faced some issues with dumping the water for which we weren’t charged. We drive a 1000 miles in 6 days and we had an offer to avail with no extra charge for miles in off season which was an amazing perk! This is a no fuss, no bells and whistles RV service so do not expect major luxury or absolute 5* vehicle.
