I would give the first four nights of our trip five stars. We absolutely loved the experience and had a wonderful time up until night five. At this point we find ourselves at the campground on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. We had made dinner and retired to bed early. About 1030 pm my husband got up to use the bathroom. My husband and I rented a 25’ motor home from the Hilliard location for a week. We had a great time! The staff was always very courteous and helpful with my many, many questions as we have never been in one before. After a quick walk through we were on our way! We unfortunately had a leaky shower along our trip. A call to their 24 hr service led us to Donna in Cedar Springs, MI to help us out. She was AMAZING! Disappointed in the lack of care towards Montzingo's family regarding an RV that clearly wasn't safe and yet still they rented it out. Help Peet Montzingo's brother and kids and fix the RV (like promised).
