James and Nicodemus were friendly, straightforward and informative. Everything went smoothly.
Absolutely best experience. We have never driven/used an RV and had no difficult at all. The only hiccup was the black water sensor was not working properly so we dumped more frequently to be safe. Will be doing it again!
I chose CA over RV Share because of the cost and professionalism of the staff. Jim in Flagstaff was great to deal with. I had no problems with the RV. Picked up clean and ready to go. Enjoyed it very much.
Experience renting a Cruise America RV through the Flagstaff site was top notch. Being first time RV campers, Jim was helpful and explained the ins and outs of the RV to us very thoroughly. Aside from a small inconvenience in the sink P-trap being broke the experience was extremely positive. Hope to do something like this again soon.
