Terrible customer service from bill. We will not be returning and canceled our rental. The staff had zero idea what they were talking about, when we arrived to take a walk through the rv to check and see if we like it or not and the woman mentioned that there is only one we could go check out. Well that one RV smelled god awful. Very unclean. I mean really that’s the best one out of a full lot to show us. As a local car detail company this is absolutely absurd. Cruise America rents RVs that have issues and malfunction. My last rental had the wasde water sensors defective, causing overflow and ruining our vacations. The power outlets were not working. Even a tire pressure sensor was defective. I returned it 4 days in advance as it had already ruined our vacation. No refunds, no consideration no nothing. The only comment: "Sorry about that." I will never ever rent from them again.
Fallcity RV is A great place to rent a Recreation vehicle or U-Haul!
Renting an RV is fun just dont do it here. These specific owners are sketchy. Called us out early so they could get "there vacation" started only to find out there system was convienetly down so they had to do things manually which allowed them to change stuff around and try and charge us an extra 3000$ after we had arrived. On top of it not being a secure place to spend a bunch of money the RV is old and breaking. In July 2023 I had an awful experience renting an RV from Cruise America RV Rental / Fall City Trading Post. We rented a 7 person RV for a weekend trip to see concerts at The Gorge. Our biggest priority was to have working A/C during a hot weekend on a campsite that did not have electrical hookups. The team at Fall City Trading Post assured us that as long as we left the A/C off when we left the RV to attend the concerts, the A/C should function properly on generator power for the duration of our weekend trip.
