I rented from cruise America rv in Fairfield Ohio. June 4th-9th 2025 for a dirt track race at eldora . The people were nice but unfortunately they didn’t tell my the rv I rented leaked badly and the refrigerator did not run off electricity, had to use propane, the guy said he would t charge me for propane and then told me on my refund he had to take 30 dollars to refill propane when I didn’t use hardly any at all to run fridge, almost ruining 200 dollars worth of food, I won’t ever rent from here again. Having picked up an RV from near Boston with a heater furnace that started failing, Danny swapped out the unit on a Saturday morning and got us going again! Amazing service, highly recommended!!!
I was supposed to pick up in a location that was on the way to my destination. I booked on January 30th for a trip that was July 5-8th. Instead Cruise America sent me in the opposite direction due to overselling. I was charged an additional 180 miles. They lowered the overall per mile rate from .39 to .19. I was also given a 100 discount. Which is nice, but means little when you have to miss 3 hours of work and have to drag your spouse and children around through 3 states because a plan made 6 months ago is abruptly changed.... read more
I spent $2600, plus generator fees and the rv barley made it to KY. Generator stopped working after a day. The transmission kept getting stuck in 1st gear. My whole experience with company was awful.
George we as easy to work with. He gave easy to understand instructions for the operation of the RV we rented from his cruise america location on Bibmeye Rd. We will rent again from his location on our next big adventure.
