What an outstanding experience for first time renters. My wife and I are considering buying but wanted to give it a try first. And best of all, Dan at Fairfield OH was the best in explaining everything. Nothing was left out and he made it all so easy. A BIG compliment to Dan, Thank you!

Would highly recommend renting from this particular Cruise America rental agency. The owner (Dan) was of great help and communicated clearly, was very methodical in teaching us how to use the RV. The RV worked great and was clean and reliable. The only issue we had was a gas smell with the generator however got money refunded for that smaller issue. Overall would definitely rent again, thanks!

I rented from cruise America rv in Fairfield Ohio. June 4th-9th 2025 for a dirt track race at eldora . The people were nice but unfortunately they didn’t tell my the rv I rented leaked badly and the refrigerator did not run off electricity, had to use propane, the guy said he would t charge me for propane and then told me on my refund he had to take 30 dollars to refill propane when I didn’t use hardly any at all to run fridge, almost ruining 200 dollars worth of food, I won’t ever rent from here again. Customer Service was beyond horrible! Husband and I were excited to rent an RV and was completely turned off due to (the lack of) customer service we received from what we believe was one of females (possibly one of the owners) at the office. She was rude, disrespectful, didn't care for our business and just down right nasty! Would not ever recommend renting from here! I can only imagine if the treat potential customers that way how they treat others. If I could give negative zero stars I would.
