Customer Service was beyond horrible! Husband and I were excited to rent an RV and was completely turned off due to (the lack of) customer service we received from what we believe was one of females (possibly one of the owners) at the office. She was rude, disrespectful, didn't care for our business and just down right nasty! Would not ever recommend renting from here! I can only imagine if the treat potential customers that way how they treat others. If I could give negative zero stars I would.

I rented from cruise America rv in Fairfield Ohio. June 4th-9th 2025 for a dirt track race at eldora . The people were nice but unfortunately they didn’t tell my the rv I rented leaked badly and the refrigerator did not run off electricity, had to use propane, the guy said he would t charge me for propane and then told me on my refund he had to take 30 dollars to refill propane when I didn’t use hardly any at all to run fridge, almost ruining 200 dollars worth of food, I won’t ever rent from here again. Having picked up an RV from near Boston with a heater furnace that started failing, Danny swapped out the unit on a Saturday morning and got us going again! Amazing service, highly recommended!!!
