The staff at this location were quick and friendly. Made the experience much easier. The RV I rented was in fairly good shape and surprisingly clean. I will definitely be renting from the Clovis Cruise America again in the future.
Great way to experience an RV without having to buy one! Vehicle gets great mileage and was a comfortable fit for my family of 3. Location doesn't have a drop box for after hours and doesn't provide a courtesy call so beware or else you may end up paying for an additional day. And be sure to turn on the fridge before filling it.
Thank you me my wife and 4 daughters loved it ages 11 12 13 14 Plenty of room and comfortable we planning a trip to the beach next.
This Fresno location in particular was so great. Everyone was SO nice and so helpful and understanding and informative. I believe Jackie was the one that took care of us and she was truly amazing. Cruise America was totally amazing and we’d be booking with them again when we get an rv again. Everything worked on the rv and it got us to every single point we needed to go and back. 100% looking to go back to Fresno just for someone like Jackie. 10/10 recommend.
