Our camper broke down four days ago and cruise America refuses to provide a replacement or authorize for us to rent a car to drive 16 hours back home. We have three small children and are literally sitting in the Bozeman airport waiting for a manager to authorize the rental, even though we’ve been on hold with customer service off and on for the last six hours. Had RV trips several times with Cruise America and others, this time we had the single worst experience: 1. The RV was not cleaned/ well prepared. We were told we were the only customer picking up RV that day, however very disappointed: the floor all dusty, seat belts not in place, took us some time lying on floor under the seat to find them, and dust all over our shirts. Thanks to the guys at Cruise America in Bozeman Mt, aka Big Boys Toys. They made our trip awesome. The RV’s were nice, clean and ready to go. We rented 2 because there were 10 of us traveling. Great service. To our surprise, when we returned they had a shuttle company they work with there and ready to transport us back to the airport. Now that’s service. Thanks again to Ethan, Cole and there crew for all the help.
Rented an RV from these guys earlier this month. They are affiliated with "Big Boy Toys". Everything went smoothly and the guys were nice to deal with. They have a "shop dog" named Piper who was cute and friendly and ready to play :) I would advise you to get the Cruise America "Zero Damage Plan" to cover any damage or accidental issues that may happen to the RV since I believe most traditional car insurances don't extend to RV's.
