BE VERY CAREFUL. The rep asked me to provide a credit card for a refundable/cancelable deposit, but now when I call the rep says they do not have me on account and they can only search by name! How did they charge my card without having my name? They will give you the hardest time and will not transfer to a manager. Please be very careful when dealing with this company.
