Great RV experience and good customer service. Harold was very helpful and kind.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Booking was simple, customer service was attentive and curteous when I called to request a change in my reservation, pick up lasted approximately 30 minutes and covered everything I needed to know as a first time renter, the RV was perfect for my family of 4 + a dog, the amenities were fully functional, and check out was a breeze. Thank you to everyone on the Cruise America team for making my family's experince so pleasant. We will be booking again soon!
This was an amazing experience! The rental was easy, from start to finish. The RV was clean, nice, ready for use, and very easy to operate for use first time users. It was easy to clean up and wipe down, even after camping in the rain!! The pick up and drop off process was very smooth and we look forward to the next time!!
The ease of the rental was great, the motorhome was great, the price was good too, the only thing was that I was hoping that someone in person would have gone over all the features of the vehicle with us. They have you watch a video but if you need to rewatch the video while you're camping and you don't have reception, it doesn't do you any good. We had to figure out a couple things on our own. I would give it 5 stars otherwise!
