We rented an RV through Cruise America in Dixon in July 2025. There were three couples, three different RV's rented. We had them for 9 days. The RV's (all of them) Were dirty, our air conditioner didn't work properly, and the staff were rude and very unhelpful in every possible way. One of the couples in our group had a terrible experience with their RV, but I'm certain they will write their own review. I will never rent a Cruise America RV again because of these people.

Had a great trip! Easy process. RV drove and functioned great. RV had signs of wear inside, but it’s to be expected with rentals and how people treat things now days. Will definitely use again!

Ricky is a straight shooter and very pleasant in every aspect of the rental process. The rig I rented was clean, fully operational, and ready-to-go upon pick-up. This location blows my previous experience at another dealer outta the water! Ricky changed my mind about using Cruise America again. I feel he is honest, helpful, and friendly. We had a great experience renting an RV in this location. Service was good and fair with cleaning and returning levels. We would definitively rent here again if needed.
