Our experience (our 3rd) was pretty good. The check out / check in company in Houston was excellent...very professional and knowledgeable with a quick turn around time. The RV was mostly good although we were sent out with an empty propane tank because the faulty gauge read full when it actually only had about 1 hour of fuel. RV was new, set up was good. No stabilizers for when it is parked. It was clean the RV. They charge me every hours I was delay of returning, and they didn't deduct the extra gas I left with the RV. No toll service with the RV.
Everything went smoothly and was well explained.
We had a 3-week rental in July. I was very nervous about Cruise America, as I had read negative reviews. I will say our experience was awesome. We had a 30 ft RV that had only around 50k miles on it. The inside was clean, with everything working well. The gentleman at this site doing the walk through was funny and helpful.
