We had a 3-week rental in July. I was very nervous about Cruise America, as I had read negative reviews. I will say our experience was awesome. We had a 30 ft RV that had only around 50k miles on it. The inside was clean, with everything working well. The gentleman at this site doing the walk through was funny and helpful. We had a few hiccups along the way (which is to be expected for 3 weeks); I would only give the Cruise America Travel Assistance number you can call while on the road 3 stars, but I would definitely give t... read more

First time rental, and was a great experience. The guys at West End were knowledgeable and helpful and the RV was perfect for a long weekend trip. Will definitely do it again.
