I rented a standard RV from Cruise America in Kansas City to drive to South Dakota. The cruise America in KC was unable to provide a functioning trailer capable RV. I ended up in a standard RV without towing ability, leaving my trailer, with accessory vehicle, at home. My departure plan was delayed 24 hours.
