These guys sure try and squeeze the life out of these rentals. 120k on this one and everything barley works. The fridge barely cools and most items in the freezer are kinda frozen. The air conditioning stopped working the first day we had it. They told us they couldn’t get it fixed because it was the weekend. On Monday they said they were prioritizing other people infront of us. Mind you we explained we have 4 small children with us and not having functional ac is inexcusable. Great experience, rv ran well little to no problems. It Was brand new and very clean. We rented it for a week going to Yellowstone. The lady was very nice and had no issues acquiring the rental

Wonderful experience, we got a brand new 30ft rv had very little problems, only problems were minor with a faulty black tank sensor and a cabinet breaking, rv was very clean and ran well from rapid city all the way to Yellowstone, renting and return was very easy had zero issues there and the lady was very nice. I wish it was a little more obvious where to check in to rent the rv although.

I rented a standard RV from Cruise America in Kansas City to drive to South Dakota. The cruise America in KC was unable to provide a functioning trailer capable RV. I ended up in a standard RV without towing ability, leaving my trailer, with accessory vehicle, at home. My departure plan was delayed 24 hours. So we could deep clean the RV (remove cigarette butts from under mattress) On the way from Kansas City to South Dakota.
