I really loved how the service was very well and the person who helped us with getting ready for the trip explained all things we needed to know and she was very polite and understanding we were late picking up and she still went above and beyond to help us and then we were late returning and she went a ove and beyond again to let us check it back in and even stayed late so we could she is a very polite lady and she is very easy to talk to and gives 100percent of her time to people who are willing to communicate with her she... read more
I want to highlight that the customer service folks at this location are AWESOME. Cruise America corporate? Not so much. I rented an RV for over $1,400 (plus $50 prep and a mysterious $25 hourly fee), expecting a comfortable experience while building an art installation in a remote location. What I got was worse than a 1-star motel on wheels. Here’s what I dealt with: No hot water — the water heater never worked, even after an hour of priming. The RV we rented was practically brand new and in great condition. The rental process was very easy and smooth. Chris helped us at check in and out and he was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely rent like this again.

Friendly staff and willing to rent again only thing g from the 5 star is the rv was falling apart. The mirror on the passenger side was broke the check engine like popped on at 150 miles down the road called customer service and all they said was they would put it in the notes
