Our first experience traveling by RV was made so easy and delightful. Cruise America, Capitol Rentals in particular were remarkable. Our motorcoach was in great shape and very clean. Check in and checkout was quick and easy. We can't wait until our next adventure!

We rented a larger RV. The RV unit was leaking water in the kitchen area. We had to shut the water off. The stove would not stay lit (yes the propane was on) so we were unable to use the stove entire weekend. The unit had garbage under the seats and in the cabinets which makes me question if it was even cleaned from the previous renters. The customer service was poor and the claims team did not respond to my complaint for over a week. I really can't complain too much. I rented the small rv from Sept 5th to Sept 10th. It was clean and newer, it sleeps 5 but we only had 2. Two full/double beds and a single sleeper table. Overall my experience was good. We drove a little over the 900 miles and I didn't bring it back completely full of fuel, about 3/4 (big mistake) they will charge you 13.75 per gallon for every gallon missing.
