Pickup and operation were ok. Vehicle was decent, and in ok condition. However, they don't elaborate the massive list of ridiculous charges they will apply to your, "security deposit", until you spend $300 non refundable, and arrive to pick up. But whatever, that's the game, I guess.... But when you are given a list of requirements to receive your, ADDITIONAL, $500 deposit, (NOT DISCOLOSED IN THE INITIAL COST BREAKD), back, and you jump through absolutely every hoop possible to make sure the vehicle is immaculately clean, fl... read more

STAY AWAY. This was my first experience with this office. I normally rented from the Cruise America location in Citrus Heights and always had a terrific experience. Was sad to see that they closed their rental office. Dealing with Elizabeth was the most stressful and unprofessional experience I've encountered. The RV she gave us was an absolute mess - clearly neglected and borderline unsafe. I paid so much money for this RV and at the very least, expect it to be in working order and not duct taped together with a screen door... read more
