Highly disappointed. I’m here now and have been for an almost an hour why they figure out an electrical issue with another RV. They have plenty around but seem to have issues with many of them. They don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care about your plans or if you are on a schedule to get going. Update: been 1 hour now and they’re looking for the key.

What a crap show. Nothing was done about the concerns we had. The RV we were rented was a sitting hazard. Half the amenities didn’t work from the generator giving out an hour into our trip to the stairs not being properly secured, and my partner almost falling With our four month old baby. There were so many other things but this was just the worst of it. They pretty much told us there’s nothing they can do about it like thanks for not dying. My wife and I always rent through cruise America, but this was our first time from the Antioch location. NEVER again will I rent from them. The RV was filthy, food stuck on the cabinets. We couldn't use the freezer as it smelt like something had died, then cleaned with a chemical and then the door sealed shut for months. The RV itself smelt like multiple different people's bodily functions and when the engine got hot it was like sitting inside a porta potty for 5 hours. Had a great time there lots of rv to look a.they are very flexible WI shop there again thx to all the staff
