Picked up this rental at 9:00 in the morning on a Saturday from the Naperville location in illinois. By 10:15 on our way home the air conditioning in the front cab went out. Immediately called Naperville and was told there were no mechanics at that location because it was a Saturday. No other vehicles available and I should call the 1-800 number. Pick up was alright but felt rushed. We were told to bring the black and gray water tanks back empty with the valves open. At pickup, the black water tank was at 2/3 full which kept reading that way the whole trip. 🧐 Any experienced camper knows you shouldn't drive with the black water and gray water tanks open. We showed up with them closed which we got flack for. So we offered to open them in the parking lot. We were told not to 🤷‍♀️ The gas tank was not full but we were told to bring it back full.
