I dont know how this has such a bad rating, I was nervous to rent but called and talked to the owner Gordon in Omaha and he put my anxiety to rest on the reviews. I feel like most are inexperienced rv users with high hopes. Gordon was amazing at pick up and drop off, went over everything. After pe picked up, I wiped things down for my own comfort and staryed stowing things away for our drive. We drove at least 3k miles, and tried to bring rv back as clean as we picked it up. Very disappointing RV rental experience. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst rental experiences we have had, and it significantly affected our trip. The RV had multiple serious issues from the beginning. The rooftop A/C was extremely dirty, with a heavy buildup of dust, and it repeatedly shut off. When the A/C was running, the RV’s built-in generator could not handle the electrical load and the power would shut off. We even tried using an external generator, but the same problem occurred. AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY. BEWARE if you let them use your camper. They caused more than 10,000 worth of damage to our camper. I have before and after photos. I am ending up having to take them to court because he won’t pay a dime to me. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR CAMPER. there’s plenty more reputable companies to do this. This is not the one.
