Rental And return were smooth. We rented a 25' for about 12 days. Unlimited miles we had always wanted to check this camping trip off the bucket list. We traveled to Las Vegas area with a senior dog and a 5 month old puppy. The RV was the usual tin box rattle which scarred the pups to death lol The AC and propane stove top and frig worked great! We hired this camper for two weeks initially and then renewed week by week for another four weeks. Would have rehired longer if things had worked out better, but at the end it was just a relief to get out of the camper, and especially, get the Dundee location staff out of our lives. The camper: Aircon was so loud we could not hear each other speak while it was on. Fridge worked sometimes. The door handle had been glued on, it broke in the first couple of hours. **Terrible RV Rental Experience** From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was subpar. The RV was unclean and far from luxurious, making our trip from the Northeast to Colorado extremely uncomfortable. It felt like driving a U-Haul with a house attached! My mom was very unhappy,and my grandma who rarely travels, was miserable, and there were no accommodations for wheelchair accessibility.
