Had our first time rental of RV from this place. 30ft RV, a lot of things were not working at this one. Was very concerned about the safety of my kids. Check engine light came on during the trip, the mirrors were not working, doors were opening during the drive, the balance was off and the car was pulling to the left all the time. All the furniture was shaking like crazy.(had to duck tape some doors and add screws on the bed) We did get 40% of the money back but were very frustrated and worried about the safety of our kids! ... read more

We had a lot of issues with the generator on the RV we rented, and the corporate office was rude and would not help us. We tried to get them to come out and fix it or send someone, but they wouldn't. The office in Charlotte did apologize and ended up giving us 2 days of rental fee back.
