The RV was great, basically as expected for a rental RV. The deals at the time (Unlimited mileage) really made it worth renting here vs where we were traveling to.

Cruise America is not a low credit score family friendly. Their "strict company policies" discriminates against those who have low to no credit score. If enterprise rent a car has no problem with allowing multiple ways to pay other than major credit card, then Cruise America should too. I think it's time to shut them down or make them change payment policy. If they are unsafe and unfriendly and unwelcoming to all of those wish to experience a RV, they shouldn't be around.
