This company rented me an unsafe vehicle that endangered my friends and family when we had a malfunction. When I presented them with photographic evidence that the malfunction was due to negligent maintenance practices, they pretended to be ignorant of the problem. I'm just happy we didn't get injured. You might not be so lucky. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!
I recently rented a 25 ft RV from the Chicago location. The RV was given to me in great condition. Compared to other RVs I have rented, the Cruise America RV handled very well. I like that they have you watch a nicely paced video explaining the proper operation. The manager also gave me a verbal tour that was thorough.
