Absolutely amazing!! Our first time ever renting an RV they made it simple easy and it was so much fun !! We are planning our next camping adventure with Cruise America for sure !! And both gentlemen (so sorry i forgot Y’all’s name) We’re outstanding helped us out so much went through the whole RV with us. I had my kids with me picking up the RV when I’m gave my son a little car that they had displayed. They’re very professional and so sweet thank you guys so much.

We were thrilled to pick up our RV at a local provider. Chris (I think) even called me the morning of pick up to see if we wanted to pick up earlier than the time we were scheduled which was amazing since we had such a long drive ahead of us. My husband did the walk-thru with him. Upon arriving at our destination, we noticed that the slots for the drop table were damaged which made the table difficult to put into position to sleep without causing more damage. Recently rented an RV here. It was dirty upon pick up and smelled like stale pee. I over looked it as we were getting on the road and I was going to clean it myself again. We called and added one extra day to our 6 day rental as we hit terrible traffic trying to come home. I called the office and the guy on the phone explained it was no problem it was just going out Saturday morning and needed to be back before then.
