We are on the last day of our vacation at Fort Wilderness in Disney. The AC has stopped working, and we have tried everything. The heat is unbearable. We are in Central Florida. My husband is an engineer and knows how to fix these issues, but it still does not work. We called it in, and the only solution they have for us is to drive somewhere and have it repaired, which we’re not going to do on our last day of vacation. Terrible, just can't get anyone to respond to inquiries. Didn't deserve a rating but was forced to give it least 1 star Great job at not responding. 👏🏽
Drop off was a joke. Charged us for propane which we never used. We returned the rv after hours. The lot was full and there was no way to park the rv on the side of the building as the gate was locked. Poor lighting made it unsafe to leave the rv anywhere else but in the parking spot we left it in. I won’t do business with a company that looks to nickel and dime you. We cleaned the rv and left it in better shape than we got it.
