Drop off was a joke. Charged us for propane which we never used. We returned the rv after hours. The lot was full and there was no way to park the rv on the side of the building as the gate was locked. Poor lighting made it unsafe to leave the rv anywhere else but in the parking spot we left it in. I won’t do business with a company that looks to nickel and dime you. We cleaned the rv and left it in better shape than we got it.

This is for the drop off service i received here after renting at a tx location. Horrible. Everyone working seemed dead inside. We cleaned the rv well and still got charged a cleaning fee. They called me and told me i left a pack of paper plates inside and to come back to remove them. Really!?
