Wouldn’t even give this a one star review. Just going to say RV OF HORRORS. If you like rodents this is the rv rental place for you.
It took us 1.5 hours to get the RV after we arrived for pickup. The place was staffed with very inexperienced unsupervised employees who were rude and not at all accommodating to us. The RV badly needed a front end alignment and the airbag light was on. Upon return they charged a $65 “dump” fee since we had closed the valves, even though we had already dumped the tanks. They also charged us a $25 late return fee for being an hour late.
RV had leaky plumbing. Nickel and dimed me on the return.
Do not rent from this place. RV was dirty. Moldy. Give it to you empty on gas. Things are broken. battery caught on fire and they did nothing for us. They actually charged us more at the end of the trip. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
