The worst experience in 12 years of travel through Australia, Europe, Canada and most of America. You are the worst company and I’m going to be filing legal action through consumer protection agencies.
Avoid. Received an RV that had a full septic tank (black and grey water). Charged many extra fees and nothing they can do about it. Will proceed with a chargeback.

Tag einen Unfall, ein entgegenkommender Pick up hat unseren Außenspiegel hart getroffen, der Spiegel klappte ein, das Spiegelglas sowie das Fenster gingen zu Bruch. Wir riefen sofort die Company an, das erste was sie uns anboten war, zur nächsten Werkstatt zu fahren und Folie um das Fenster wickeln zu lassen. Die Folie löste sich bereits nach 20 min. Rented RV for 5 weeks to go across the country. Worse experience ever. No hot water, no heat and couldn't get any help to fix it. Had to rent a motel at 29 degrees and they wouldn't pay for it. Sent us a diagram for us to try to rewire the RV ourselves. Stay away from this company
There was a vent on the roof I wanted to use, but I couldn't because it was ziptied close, and driving the RV was kind of loud with the door rattling. I don't know if that's normal, but it was a tad annoying. We didn't use any amenities in the RV as we were just using it as a place to sleep, however we had no problems at all. It made a (roughly) 2,700 mile round trip with out a problem at all! More than likely, we'd would rent one again.
