Don't use them. The RV door didn't lock properly. They charged me for propane even though I did top it off right before I returned it so they're stealing money now. They charged me for housekeeping even though I had the RV professionally sanitized. They don't answer their phone. They don't care about customer service. They don't care about providing a good product. Just avoid.

First of all this review is not a reflection on the staff where I picked up and dropped off. This is a review for corporate and the dangerous camper they rented me. The camper should not have been cleared for delivery. When we picked up the vehicle it had a Half full black water tank, broken screen door that I had to fix, broken shelves, a dangerously bald front tire that would not pass inspection. We have rented Cruise America RV's for the past two years from the Ontario,NY (Rochester) location. Are there some learning curves with renting an RV...YES. BUT....we wouldn't have come back for a second year without feeling secure in our rental from them. Do your research on how to rent and travel with a rental RV... do a full walk around in and out, press all the buttons for the Grey, black, fresh water, battery...check propane, generator, etc...make sure its up to your standards before leaving with it. I formally lodged a complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory rental experience that began on June 18, 2026. Due to a series of equipment failures, poor vehicle preparation, and inconsistent communication from the rental affiliate. Vehicle Condition and Preparation Issues Upon arrival for pickup on June 18, I was asked to sign paperwork and pay before inspecting the vehicle.
