I have rented from the Ontario, New York office at least a couple times a year for the last five or six years. The staff is always professional, and the units are always clean and ready for pick up.
Poor service, broken RV, unhelpful, doesn’t answer calls, door locked during operation hours. Customer service is trash.
oh my God from the start this place Was a joke, of course, renting it was no problem but the day before my rental they call me to tell me the RV I rented was no longer available and they were gonna “upgrade” Me to a compact size RV they would not come down on the price. They would not cut me a break at all so I was left with no choice to take this tiny little RV for the same price. I paid for a 25 footer or cancel my weekend getaway and then upon return of the RV they charge me a dump fee because I didn’t leave the valves op... read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. Location near Rochester NY doesn’t answer their phone. Corporate number useless. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! Poor vehicle maintenance. Just a couple pictures
