If there is any negative than 1 star I would like to leave that. We rented this RV on Monday to leave on Tuesday. We got it to our house started cleaning up the RV we sprayed the bug spray just to be sure nothing is there. The second day we cleaned the RV again and we saw a roach in it. Then we called this place and they said to buy an insect bomb and leave it for 5 hours and it will be good. Very first thing this is not a response for an infested vehicle. We received great service from Marty! He was very welcoming when we went there to pick up the rv we rented from Cruise America. He showed us the ins and outs of the vehicle, gave tips and talked us through the contract. Even after we left, we called him and he was ever so friendly and helpful. After we returned the rv, and were going to pick up the rental car, he got them to come to us. All on all: great service! Would recommend!
