The RV is nice. We traveled to North Carolina and left with more than enough time to have it back to them by 11am. UNFORTUNATELY, there was a horrible storm, accidents all over the place. My fiance couldn’t even see out the window from the huge downpour. Thunder and lightening. She told me I HAD to pay the extra entire day. She also told me “you must not have the money instead! I would rent an RV again but certainly not from this company, they are all about getting your money, the RV’s are so basic or rather poor quality. While the one I rented didn’t breakdown & it only had just over 10k miles on it, I felt it might at any given moment, there was all kinds of issues with it which I informed them about during my rental & upon my returning the vehicle, the people in the rental facility between Newburgh and Marlboro were like “thanks for letting us know, now shut up & pay then get out” they were disg... read more

Did a week-ish rental of a compact unit as an alternative to hotel and car rental for a NYS visit. Found it straight forward to drive and park, easy to use, and a nice retreat for a busy family visit. Folks I worked with were professional and answered questions thoroughly and well (I’m new to RV). Made my camping experience on the glamping end too. Rented the bedding kit - each kit for one person. Towel too fuzzy otherwise gratefully used all in the kit.
