RV was not very clean and had a weird smell, but I had planned to wipe it down anyway, and there was a live mouse in the toilet because there was no cap for the sewer pipe. Biggest problem was the shower leaked because the drain was not connected to the pipe underneath and water went everywhere. Then the kitchen sink clogged after a simple hand wash and water leaked from under the cabinet. The refrigerator never got cold even when plugged in, and the toilet room wall started to come away. We rented an RV to go to the Eagles game and upon arriving found out that the vehicle had been winterized and the bathroom was non functional unless we purchased antifreeze on our own and got the system going again. Also there would be additional cost of a $155 dollars to re winterize and clean the tank. We did that since that was one of the main reasons we rented the RV (so we would have a bathroom at the tailgate). John was very friendly and accommodating. Answering all our questions and allowing us to do a walk through. Unfortunately we did not rent to an unforeseen circumstance. But will be in the near future. Thanks John
