We rented an RV to go to the Eagles game and upon arriving found out that the vehicle had been winterized and the bathroom was non functional unless we purchased antifreeze on our own and got the system going again. Also there would be additional cost of a $155 dollars to re winterize and clean the tank. We did that since that was one of the main reasons we rented the RV (so we would have a bathroom at the tailgate). John was very friendly and accommodating. Answering all our questions and allowing us to do a walk through. Unfortunately we did not rent to an unforeseen circumstance. But will be in the near future. Thanks John

The RV is great! The rental location though....Staff was friendly and efficient and went over each feature....however after repeatedly confirming we can tow and having us sign that we rented with towing capacity we got home to find they forgot to remove the hitch lock and (because it was after hours at that point and we needed to hit the road) we were told by Cruise America that due to the rental location's mistake the only option is for us to pay 250 dollars for a locksmith or use a pipe ourselves to break it. When there is an issue there is no support. Customer Support is very friendly and nice, but for us just couldn't find someone to service the RV even after waiting 10 days?! Their post-rental discount offered was inadequate. After maybe 6 rentals, we'll never go back. Units tend to be old and well-used. Roll the dice and if the unit works, you'll be fine. But if it doesn't you're on your own. My advice is to stay away. Lots of other good rental places out there!
