I read many reviews before I rented from Cruise America, and if you decide to rent from Cruise America, I'd recommend you be able to handle all the 1 star moments that might interfere with your vacation. Rented a 25ft RV for a week. It was NOT like the pictures. Our table was duck taped. The shower was dirty. They sent us pictures of alittle sand on the steps, a few white hairs on the floor ect. It was ridiculous. We paid a prep fee as will the next renter. What is that for? Bottom line: Do not rent from these people. Be prepared for ALOT of misc. fees. Make sure you stop and get it detailed before returning. They don't like to clean them. Will never recommend or rent from this place again.

We picked up the 25 ft RV, was glad to learn it has a generator and propane! We had it from Thursday to Monday noon and running the refrigerator/ freezer the whole time was only $5! Our RV was very clean, nice upholstery, small shower and very nice tiny toilet. Of course driving it 4 hours north to a music festival put the gas bill at $145, but so worth it since it rained one of the nights. Great place, awesome customer service!

Friendly staff. Didn't tell us everything wrong with the RV. Like duct tape in the shower that leaked when it rained. Otherwise clean and nice TV. No problems with anything else.

We were very happy with our rv rental. The only downside is you have to pay to use the onboard generator, which we felt should have been included with the cost of rental.
