I rented a dumpster-trailer from this company about a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The pricing was excellent, with no hidden fees or surprises. I completed all the paperwork online, so when I arrived, I simply picked up my trailer—it was quick and incredibly convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience collecting our RVs from Cruise America in Pittsburgh. A special thank you to Ed on the front desk, who made the whole handover process incredibly easy and enjoyable. He was genuinely friendly, professional, and went out of his way to accommodate our group. Nothing felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly. ****Got a response a $100 gift certificate to rent another broke RV**** We've rented many times. Many maintence issuses, the time before we spent the whole 1st day getting the oil changed after picking it up from the rental place...that is a maintenence shop... this time we had no water at all, connected to city water and it just sprayed out of the sink inside soaking our stuff. The branch we rented from in Carnegie Pa were awesome and helpful people but dealing with the corporate office was awful. The ride in their equipment was like riding in a stage coach for my 83 yr old father in law. Drawers opened, the refrigerator opened with all of our stuff falling out, wiper blades were terrible and the vehicle pulled to the left all the way to Florida.
