So far all we did was change reservations @the time of pickup..They were very polite and told me who to call. They could've keep my money and that would've been it. So I'm very excited about the trip coming up. I won't let a couple bad reviews stop me, LET'S GO!

Ray and his staff are great to work with. His staff goes through the entire RV with you during the pick up. They answered any questions and were very professional.My RV was was clean when I picked it up. The return was very easy also.. I would definitely recommend this location.

We booked with a promo code for a deal I found on the website which made it cheaper than I've ever been quoted before for a newer model like what we had. Were there flaws with the equipment? Yes, but we definitely got our money's worth and I see the same issues with the interior in every RV like this I've seen (light materials ≠ heavy duty which means screws and staples will eventually fail). Ray was fast, friendly, professional, informative and funny. He was able to fix a small issue right on the spot. Within 5 minutes we were on our way! We got a great RV at a great price! We highly recommend Cruise America in Plainfield IL.

After reading the reviews I was very reluctant with renting. However, we were so impressed. The sales representative walked us through the process, the RV was very clean, and had no issues at all. He was very helpful and nice. Returning the vehicle was an ease and I can honestly say I was very impressed. The only issue is that the RV was a little bumpy, but overall we were very satisfied.
