Sempre que vou ao EUA , alugo um RV da Cruise America , pessoal muito atencioso , e o rapaz que me atendeu dessa vez em Plainfield foi super amigo , e bondoso , nota 10 pra ele.
The rental process was so easy. Ray was so kind and showed us everything we needed to know as first time RV renters. The RV was easy to handle, nothing complicated. It was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend Cruise America Plainfield, IL location hands down.
So far all we did was change reservations @the time of pickup..They were very polite and told me who to call. They could've keep my money and that would've been it. So I'm very excited about the trip coming up. I won't let a couple bad reviews stop me, LET'S GO!
Ray and his staff are great to work with. His staff goes through the entire RV with you during the pick up. They answered any questions and were very professional.My RV was was clean when I picked it up. The return was very easy also.. I would definitely recommend this location.
