DO NOT BOOK WITH CRUISE AMERICA unless you want to put your family through a nightmare. Their is 0 effort to clean and inspect the RVs at this location. Our RV Smelled odd upon pick up, the smell of which was covered up by Febreze, which quickly wore off as we went on our way. Also The RV Was filthy, hair in the shower, disgusting counter tops. This is a great place to rent rvs!
If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I booked an RV online with cruise America thru this location. I booked two months prior to my vacation. Reservation confirmed thru email for 30 ft RV. Called Monday to confirm with Ray Nas over the phone he confirmed with a pick up time of 10 am. Supposedly, the RV broke down and was being fixed however, they failed to even notify me until the Friday less than 24 hrs before our trip on Saturday!! Absolute worst customer service. Do not trust Ray Nas or this location. I booked a Cruise America RV rental online for a morning pickup. Ray called me less than 24 hours before my trip to say the RV broke down. When I asked why he waited so long, he admitted they knew it was broken TWO DAYS AGO and just didn't bother to call me. To make matters worse, Ray completely refused to help find a corporate replacement or transfer my reservation, claiming it 'wasn't his problem' because I booked online.
