DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! No stars really. Rented a RV. Full of maggots, it was dirty, water leaked everywhere, had issues with the tires. There were so many issues. The main one is the staff. The owners daughter didn’t want to take care of any issues and called the cops on me because I wouldn’t leave. Would not take accountability for anything! Don’t worry we will never use this company again. Disgusting and their response was even more disgusting. I’m out $1100

We needed an RV for a week for Unbound Gravel and decided to rent from Cruise America because we had rented from them before out of Alaska and Cruise Canada near where we live and had a good experience. This was NOT a good experience renting from them and we won’t be returning customers again. We rented an RV for a weekend and it was great! The staff at the location we picked it up at was so nice. Then when we returned home to MN I realized I left my jacket. They not only located it but shipped it back to me at no cost to me. The RV was clean and everything we needed! Would rent again for sure!

Would rent from again. Everyone was very nice and professional. Told you exactly what charges you could expect from the beginning and how to avoid them if possible. The RVs are just basic family, gets the job done RVs. Nothing super fancy. This place definitely deserves a better rating then what it currently has as of September 2023.
