The family that runs this they are so nice and there to help. Have patience and don't expect to be in and out in 30 minutes it takes some time to go through everything and for them to show you around the RV so be prepared for an hour to pick up your RV. This location is expected to be busy since they also do U-Haul there and storage units. Easy and quick checkin. RV was clean and in great shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. The return was just as easy
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! No stars really. Rented a RV. Full of maggots, it was dirty, water leaked everywhere, had issues with the tires. There were so many issues. The main one is the staff. The owners daughter didn’t want to take care of any issues and called the cops on me because I wouldn’t leave. Would not take accountability for anything! Don’t worry we will never use this company again. Disgusting and their response was even more disgusting. I’m out $1100
We needed an RV for a week for Unbound Gravel and decided to rent from Cruise America because we had rented from them before out of Alaska and Cruise Canada near where we live and had a good experience. This was NOT a good experience renting from them and we won’t be returning customers again. We rented an RV for a weekend and it was great! The staff at the location we picked it up at was so nice. Then when we returned home to MN I realized I left my jacket. They not only located it but shipped it back to me at no cost to me. The RV was clean and everything we needed! Would rent again for sure!
