Rented an RV via Cruise America Greensboro, NC 23-30 Nov 2024. Purchased zero liability plan, charged $500 deposit at time of pickup. This location is very sketchy and the office set up was not professional or safe feeling. Upon return, 30 Nov 2024, within the agreed upon timeframe, there was no one to receive/review the RV and refund the deposit.There was no damage to RV, we carefully cleaned it and documented via video. Picked up rv from Cedric at the cruise america greenaboro location and he was thorough and accommodating of my time and questions. Very good experience. Thankyou cruise america and cedric!

Do not trust this business. They are not professional. A couple of things: 1) during the inspection of the vehicle the omit to write down an easily visible windshield chip. 2) When we return the vehicle they did not execute the inspection right away, but they did they would do it later on. They then, charged us for fuel when we brought back at the same level (actually a little bit more) like they gave to us. When we contacted them, they wanted a picture as proof! RV broke down multiple times and while driving to Virginia the black tank and all the piping fell onto the highway, with no customer support or ability to send us another vehicle. We cut our vacation short and were never issued a refund. NEVER USE CRUISE AMERICA.
