RV was clean, ran great and everything worked like it was supposed to. Staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions. Price was as advertised, no hidden fees
This is a scam! Do not rent from here! They rented us a dangerously damaged rv. There were panels falling off, doors wouldn’t lock, there was a propane leak, dangerous exposed insulation, things falling off while driving. We tried to complain when we picked up the rv and they told us we were basically screwed. When we got to our end location they accused us of stealing the worst rv on the planet, and kept the deposit even though the rv was spotless. Do not ever rent from these people, this is a clear grift.
Friendly staff but RV was dirty, some parts were not operational... Much space for improvements...
The guy that owns this place. It's very rude. He's disrespectful. I wouldn't waste your money at this place. There's so many other places the little guy who runs the show has a big mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place...
We had a great experience renting from Cruise America in Westland. It was simple, straight forward, and everything was ready for us as promised when we showed up for our pick up appointment. The walk through takes about 30 mins and they will let you know how the RV needs to come back to avoid charges which is all explained up front. We rented the 25 footer for a family of four with two young children. We did have enough room, but we might try the 30 footer next time.
