The guy that owns this place. It's very rude. He's disrespectful. I wouldn't waste your money at this place. There's so many other places the little guy who runs the show has a big mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place...
We had a great experience renting from Cruise America in Westland. It was simple, straight forward, and everything was ready for us as promised when we showed up for our pick up appointment. The walk through takes about 30 mins and they will let you know how the RV needs to come back to avoid charges which is all explained up front. We rented the 25 footer for a family of four with two young children. We did have enough room, but we might try the 30 footer next time. Friendly staff but RV was dirty, some parts were not operational and nobody was there at the day of return... Much space for improvements...

Here we go. First of all, they made us wait a day for 'cleaning', but the only things that were cleaned were the floors and counters. The kitchen sink? Disgusting. Still residue of milk and food splashes inside of it. The windows? Still fingerprints from the previous family. Whoever had the duty of "Cleaning" the RV, they need to be fired, immediately.
