I went to 3 RV rentals early in the morning and struck out, but Cruise America at San Clemente saved the day for us. We were grateful to Bill and Lamie at this rental for their great service with friendly attitude and promptness. We will definitely come here again to rent future RV as they were without any problems or issues. The vehicle was perfect all around with no break-downs, or any issues.
Do not rent from here. The guys is a compete liar. RV had so many issues called travelers assistance and was told I would be compensated upon return. When returned they would. It do a walk around on the unit and was over charged for fuel. STAY AWAY unless you want to be robbed and have your trip ruined due to all the issues the RV’s they have.
Vehicle was nice accommodation for 2 crowded in rear bed.everything else was great..
