If you are even thinking about it…. Just stop! We had the worst experience and should have listened to the reviews!! We basically rented a septic tank. The sewer smell was awful due to a broken toilet, the tanks never got emptied from the prior customer, we had no water access due to several leaks, experienced 2 blown tires!!!!! We had small children with us and ended up renting a hotel room! Poor customer service and total lack of organization. Often don't answer the phone and when they do it sounds like mom & pop grabbing the call while they are busy elsewhere. Location is difficult to find and looks like a junk yard. Made reservations 5 months ago and repeatedly called to be sure everything was in order yet when we arrived for pickup they didn't have RV ready and thought they only had 1 pickup today but there are now 3 of us waiting to get a reserved rental. Went to get our rv that we reserved weeks prior to pick up at 1pm. No one answering the phone all morning prior; get there and the lot is locked up and no one there- the building looks like it’s falling apart. After waiting and waiting and calling and no one picking up some guy pulls up and says he just is a caretaker to the lot and to go to the main office down the street.
