The hire was pretty efficient, the RV was less able than I expected for a North America RV. I have a small camper in England and expected 12vDC power when off grid to charge phones etc but none is available as our RV didnt have a generator fitted or any DC output from the battery. The heater was also only gas, not electric and gas, so expensive to run when you already paid for shoreline. The heater also had no heat controls and was super noisy with only one fan setting. La caravana que nos han dado tiene agujeros en los bajos del chasis que conectan con el maletero y todos los armarios de la furgoneta y cocina y comedor y todas las noches entraban ratas dentro de la autocaravana. No hemos podido dormir porque las ratas pasaban por encima de nuestras cabezas. Hemos tenido que comprar mata ratas y gastarnos un dinero para estar protegidos. We had a very good experience with the vehicle itself and had no problems at all during our trip. Everything worked well and the campervan was reliable. Our only small regret was the lack of friendliness from the staff and the rather brief explanations when we picked up the vehicle. A little more time and a warmer welcome would have made the experience even better, especially for first-time customers…
Enjoyed our trip with the compact plus RV which was in very good condition. Everything went relatively smoothly but had two issues: 1. The personal kit we ordered had hair and some stains which we deemed not hygienic to our standards. Fortunately, support told us to buy new ones and we would get reimbursed. So all together, good handling on their part. 2. It was not clear to us from the website that the compact plus does not usually come with a generator in Canada. Prima bedrijf om een camper te huren. Wij hebben een ruime camper gehuurd voor het gezin. De bedden waren wat hard, maar we hebben over het algemeen prima geslapen.
