Zunächst ist uns beim Verleih aufgefallen, dass die Mitarbeiter sehr unmotiviert und langsam gearbeitet haben. Außerdem mussten wir herausfinden, dass bei der Grundausstattung Pfannen, Pfannenheber, Schneebesen fehlten, die wir dann noch kaufen mussten. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe des Wohnmobils verliefen völlig reibungslos – schnell, freundlich und ohne unnötige Bürokratie.
