Rental not as advertised. House battery did not charge which resulted in boondocking without the amenities we had planned for. Black water tank did not show empty when emptied. Suggested we fix the battery ourselves while on vacation in national parks without clearly doing basic maintenance on their end. Windshield wipers were terrible and unsafe for any rain or snow. I have a reservation for October 7, with friends travelling from Brazil to Canada just to attend to this trip, and I called the office to learn more about pick-up hours, winterization, and whether there will be winter tires or not. I heard a very loud environment in the background, and the lady said: “We don't have the schedule, call one day before", and hung up on me. Unacceptable customer service! If you don't feel like working, leave the job and let someone else do the proper work. Very angry and disappointed.

We booked through a travel agent with Cruise America/Canada — our first RV trip, so we didn't know what to expect. After 2 weeks, 3 stars. We had the C25, their standard model. The good: Large, clean RV with a good-sized bathroom and shower, and a fridge (runs on propane or electric) with a decent freezer. Layout works well — rear double bed, single over the cab, and a table that drops into a third double — though I'd cap it at 3 people for comfort.
