We ended up hiring a car and staying in various hotels, which ended up suiting us the best. But when we decided to cancel you very quickly gave us our money back. We are planning our next trip to America in two years time and will probably hire a Cruise America for that
The customer service representatives were quick and thorough. The RV was clean and in good condition.
Las caravanas están bien, completas y con todos los servicios. No son nuevas, les falta cierta tecnología (como carplay o pantalla del conductor). No nos gustó el trato de las chicas de recepción. Son serias y poco agradables. La que nos explicó la caravana parecía que no le gustaba su trabajo.
RV rental went smooth. However, absolutely terrible customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with them about a lost item for over a month, but received no response or call back. Tiny issue that could have been resolved quickly turned into an ongoing nuisance
Check in check out was easy and quick. Stuff are very helpful. RV was old and not updated, everything worked fine but it's like driving an old car.
