Eric was nice, however the entire experience was horrendous. Water didn't work for kitchen sink and bath faucet. Was told to "go buy a screwdriver..." to take a panel off and see if valves were turned on correctly. Was given $120 off, but then the mileage was overcharged and the shop did not want to listen. Physically impossible to be over mileage based on round trip. Hand written mileage....beware of selecting this place.... original price enticing but you may pay for it in the end
No customer service representatives were present at time of visit all of the rvs were very dirty and run down I thought about renting from this location but I just don't know I may try the Orlando location I do not expect it to be any better the only reason I give 2 stars you can purchase a used RV from Orlando location ONLY just remember that the rvs have a lot of wear and tear on them but I have to say the price is RITE for a used rv
