I rented an RV for 16 days and had one of the best trips of my life. I did a one way new vehicle special, which was cheaper than a rental car. I have had new vehicles and expected to have some minor issues pop up (I assume that is why it was so cheap). I had to unscrew the cabinet to open the valves for the water heater, the mirror was loose and caused some headaches, but Cruise America/Canada refunded the cost of the tools I bought without any issue. Even one star is too much for this company. We have now rented a camper from this company twice and will never do that again. - First time: very bad bed that was completely saggy. (Cruise Canada) - Second time: due to a canceled flight (by the airline), the rental period had to be postponed. That would not be a problem according to Cruise America (conversed by telephone). Guter und günstiger Anbieter von Wohnmobilen. Ausstattung der Fahrzeuge sehr gering, unser Fahrzeug war mit 130.000 km auch schon älter, aber in Ordnung, dafür aber ein günstiger Preis. Negativ: Entgegen anderer Gesellschaften hat man keinen Raum, wo Touristen ihre zusätzlich gekaufte Ausstattung an folgende Mieter verschenken können. Das ist selbst bei Cruise Amerika an anderen Standorten üblich.
