The RV was returned cleaner than it was received upon pickup and I was still charged a $250 cleaning fee. The associate did not allow for a walkthrough and told me I would receive an invoice by 1pm. I had to call six times over the course of a month to receive a finalized invoice. This includes this location and Cruise America directly. I was told twice I would receive it. I returned our motorhome RV cleaner than we received it. I even mopped the dirty floor! However, they still charged me a $50 cleaning fee for not returning it as it was. Explain that to me? I won’t be renting from you again.

The RV was ready to be picked up at the beginning of the window and was clean and in great shape. We were out on the road for 10 days and no issues. Convenient location and lovely folks at this CA
